Regenacol Skin Inside contains 5 grams of Colostrum-LD per serving. The recommended serving of Colostrum-LD is 5 grams, taken twice a day. If you choose to consume the recommended 10 grams of liposomal bovine colostrum per day, it is more economical to take one serving of Skin Inside and one serving of Colostrum-LD.
